Frequently Asked Questions

What is your maximum print size? +
Using our large format systems, we can print monolithic parts up to 256 x 256 x 260 mm. For larger assemblies, we can intelligently section the model, print in pieces, and use solvent welding or mechanical fasteners for final assembly.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept standard STL and OBJ files, but we strongly prefer STEP (.step, .stp) files. STEP files retain true parametric geometry, allowing our slicing software to interpret perfect curves rather than faceted meshes.
What is the typical lead time? +
Standard FDM orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. If you are in a rush, we offer a Next-Day expedite option depending on the material availability and part volume.
What tolerances can you achieve? +
On our high-speed fleet, standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.15mm for well-designed geometries. Critical dimensions like press-fit holes can be post-processed via drilling or reaming to exact specifications upon request.
